The Benchen Karma Kamtsang Buddhist Centre in Grabnik is the headquarters of the Association. It is located in Jaktorów, approximately 40 km from Warsaw and offers the serenity of a secluded place, surrounded by green and filled with the songs of birds. The centre is at the same time easily accessible (40 minutes by train from downtown Warsaw).
Meditation practices are held every day; meditation courses and Dharma teachings are given regularly in the Centre. The library collection is available on the premises. You can also purchase texts, audio recordings of lectures and pujas, photos and other artefacts used in Buddhist practice. Lama Rinchen (a Polish student of Ven. Tenga Rinpoche) is the resident lama in the Centre and gives consultations, empowerments and explanations.
‘Benchen Drubde Osal Ling in Poland’, the three year retreat centre, was launched in 2009. You may also complete an individual retreat in adjusted trailers remote from the main building. If you are interested in an individual retreat, please consult with Lama Rinchen and book a date.
The Buddhist Culture Centre, co-financed from European Union funds, was created here in 2010. Its task is to promote Buddhist culture and art, organize exhibitions, lectures and conferences.
