On the 19th May 2017, according to his wish, His Eminence Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, bestowed the ripening Empowerment of Tsedrub Sangwa Duepa (Long Life), from the cycle of teachings of Ratna Lingpa.
From 20th to 26th May 2017, His Eminence Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, the monks from Benchen Monastery Swayambhu and Benchen Shedra Pharping, are joining together in the performance of the sadhana of Tsedrub Sangwa Duepa at Benchen Monastery Swayambhu for two reasons:
Firstly, to pray for the longevity, and in order to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the embodiment of the activities of all the Victorious Ones of the Three Times, His Holiness Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje, for the immense responsibilities that he took in finding the Vajra Master Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche's Yangsi. He undertook this task from the beginning, throughout the middle process right through to the final recognition, obtaining an excellent result.
In addition, this is to pray for the continued good health and longevity, and also to thank His Eminence Chamgon Kenting Tai Situ Rinpoche, for the great responsibility he took in the finding of Benchen Chime Rinpoche's Yangsi a number of years ago. This was also an outstanding result.
