28-29 September 2019 (weekend)
Led by: Lama Rinchen.
Seminar begins on Saturday at 10:30 am and ends on Sunday at about 4:30 pm.
Calm abiding meditation, called in Tibetan “shine” and “Shamata” in Sanskrit, is a basis and condition of proficiency in any other spiritual practises, that’s why it’s an immensely important element of Buddhism. Shine techniques used in mahamudra tradition make it possible to adjust them to individual likings and skills of practitioners.
During this seminar we will have a chance to learn foundations of shine meditation as well as deepen our understanding of principles of this practise. We will also meditate together in many short sessions.
