Maitreya’s Aspiration is one of the five special prayers, recited on many occasions in our tradition, e.g. during Kagyu Monlam. It includes all aspects of theory and practice of Bodhisattva path presenting it in a very brief and easy to understand and remember way. Therefore analysing its content is very beneficial. It helps to familiarize with new aspects of Mahayana teachings as well as clarify our understanding.

During afternoon sessions, we will watch together the live webcast of HH Karmapa’s teachings on tantras, according to the lineage of Marpa and his disciple Ngokpa. Those teachings are planned to be a part of a bigger cycle of His Holiness’ programme and will be available online. We will happily take this opportunity and listen to the teaching of the Head of our tradition.
