Pursuant to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR / RODO), I have been informed that:

My personal data is processed by the Administrator for the purpose of registering participants for events organized by the Administrator.
The legal basis for processing my personal data is the Administrator acting at my request, i.e., registering me for the seminar organized by the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, such as IT service providers used for seminar registration, as well as other entities cooperating with the Administrator in organizing the seminar.
Data processed for actions taken at my request will be stored by the Administrator for 5 years from the date of collection or until the Administrator decides to delete them.
I have the following rights regarding my personal data:
the right to access my personal data and receive a copy of it;
the right to correct my personal data;
the right to delete my personal data;
the right to request restriction of processing of my personal data;
the right to data portability;
the right to object to the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes;
the right to object to the processing of my personal data for reasons related to my specific situation, even if the data is processed for purposes other than direct marketing;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Where data processing is based on consent, I also have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the required data will make it impossible to register for the event.
