Karma Pakshi practice

The seminar begins on Monday at 10:00 am and ends on Sunday at around 4:00 pm.

Karma Pakshi empowerment on Monday, 28th December at 10:00 am.

We will practice in three sessions a day. The meditation sessions will be combined both with instructions to this particular sadhana as well as with with teachings on the meaning of Guru Yoga and various aspects of Vajrayana practice.

The 2nd Karmapa, Karma Pakshi, is considered to be an emanation of Padmasambhava. He became particularly renowned for manifesting magical abilities and for subduing demonic forces. His sadhana is simultaneously a Guru Yoga, a Yidam practice, and a practice of the Dharma Protectors. For example, Lama Samten, later known as the First Tenga Rinpoche, spent his entire life in meditation retreat, maintaining the Karma Pakshi sadhana as his Yidam.

Participation in the seminar is exclusively for those who have received the Karma Pakshi empowerment.

Registration

Registration deadline (and prepayment for meals) – till the 17th of December.

Registration can be completed by using the REGISTRATION FORM. Please fill in the form also for any accompanying person not participating in the sessions.

All changes considering your stay should be submitted at least three days in advance.

Suggested donations(meals not included)

Our Buddhist Centre in Grabnik is maintained exclusively by donations, therefore each, even very symbolic, amount offered money is important and appreciated. Those who would like to support us, may do the donations via transfer to our bank account or with a use of a debit card (see: donate) or in cash at the Centre.

BONUS: 500 PLN per the whole seminar (bonus does not include food fee).
Bonus is for those who will take part in the whole seminar and register and pay the whole amount at latest by the 17th of December.
Note: Those who resign from some parts of the seminar cannot use the bonus.

Additional stay not during the seminar – 40 PLN per day
Children and accompanying persons not participating in the sessions – 40 PLN per day

Suggested donation: breakfast 16 PLN, lunch 28 PLN, dinner 16 PLN (full board – 60 PLN)

Prepayment is not equivalent to registering for the seminar. Please remember to register!
We are not able to guarantee meals to those arriving unannounced.

– We cannot guarantee meals to those who do not register and make a donation on time.
– Meals are served at fixed hours (breakfast at 8:00 a.m., lunch at 1:00 p.m. and dinner at 6:00 p.m.).
– Please think your order through. There are no returns for ordered and not used meals, unless a resignation is submitted three days in advance.
